Can I choose a static or dynamic background?

Yes. Each published package declares whether it contains a static image or muted video.

Does a dynamic background ignore Reduced Motion?

It should provide a static fallback and respect the host system preference.

Can every package be applied to EVA on ChatGPT Desktop?

No. EVA CodeX visual verification has not passed.
